1. Handmade Products

All press-on nails are handmade to order. Because each set is created by hand, small differences in design, shape, color, or placement may occur. These little differences are part of what makes each set unique.

2. Orders & Payment

Payment must be completed before your order is started. Please double-check your order information, nail size, shape, and design selections before checking out.

3. Nail Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing the correct nail sizes. Please follow my sizing instructions carefully before submitting your order. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

4. Processing & Shipping

Please allow 1 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once your package has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because each set is handmade specifically for you, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can review the situation.

6. Care & Longevity

Proper nail care is important for getting the most wear out of your press-ons. Please follow the included application and care instructions. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Custom Orders

Custom designs may vary slightly from reference photos. Colors, charms, artwork, and other details may have minor differences depending on availability and the handmade nature of the product.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

9. Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided at checkout is correct, including your shipping address, nail sizes, and contact information.
